I can’t wait! I base my Contemporary Art History class on this series! It is a wonderful counterpoint to the research that the class has to do on this vast subject.

If only PBS would …
If only PBS would devote more time to visual art–this series is an important first step, but after a tantalizing taste, viewers are provided no further programming to advance their interest…I find myself oddly wishing for a return to the 70s and 80s, when funding for avant garde programs was plentiful, and the airwaves featured such fare as New Television and Alive From Off Center…
